Another parts swap. The rear brake light switch, "Buell banjo brake light switch m10x1.25" is P/N H0203.02A8. Roughly $28. And, apparently not available at the moment. I tried to get one from SPHD and NCHD, but they didn't have it listed and back-ordered it, respectively. So I decided to 'generic' it. Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GTV0RC/ref=p px_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Cheaper, and works. It did not come with new washers - I just annealed the old ones and re-used them. The connection is, of course, not the same, so I cut off the ends of the old and new switches, and used as much of both wires as I could. Again, Buell's desire to trim weight led them to use too little wire - making the connector a pain to reach. If you are careful, you won't lose any fluid. I didn't even have to bleed the brake line when I put it back together. |

I just did the same swap myself a few weeks ago with this Amazon part. Never even saw this post, just took the chance that it would work. |

This part and link is still relevant. I ordered and installed and everything works like it should. |
