I do not like the current trend among younger folks to use the word ‘literally’ incorrectly. ‘Literally ‘ should only be used to note that a figurative phrase is not being used figuratively. For example, if you dragged something through some mud, you could say you literally dragged it through the mud. You will all start noticing it now, and you’ll get a little twinge when you see it. She is 100% wrong. Her mistake is to assume that corporations have the same rights as people. Corporations are not people, they are legal entities.
