How do I get the snorkel out. Through the top or the bottom, mine seems wedged. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Out the top (once you have removed the airbox cover). And it is wedged. |

I pulled mine out the bottom. Just scrunch up the top and reach in the air scoop and pull from bottom push from the top. It came out very easy for me that way. |

OK. Thanks for the info. Mine was wedged in really tight and I was skeered to pull on it too hard. Now I know what to do. Bob |

My airbox base would rattle at some RPMS without the snorkel in there, so I trimmed it and put it back. I forget exactly how far, I think like an incho or so, just enough to get it to draw cold air through the frame without obstructing the flow any more then necessary. Would have been easy to put RTV or a gasket under there as well though. |
