To all of you in the upper midwest, I'm really very sorry. I seem to have spread some bad karma.

I finally got around to Stabil'ing my bike and covering it up for the winter this last saturday, officially as it were giving up hope of another warm enough day til spring and every day since the temperatures have been in the shitter. It would seem that I am to blame and I ask all of you to kindly go easy on me for having the courage to admit my folly.

At this point, all I can offer you is my heartfelt apologies and this little bit of hope...

Again, I'm really very sorry.

No biggie here either. Had to take one of the S3 out of commission for a while to get the swingarm recall, new shock, isolator bushings, and a belt. When it gets back from that, it's time to tear the motor down a little, get the heads ported and add some SE536s : )

I know this has been discussed a few thousand times already, but...how can I tell if these recalls (or others) have been done on my '00 S3T?

Thx, Rob

Rob,
Call your local or friendliest Buell dealership and have them run the VIN number. Recall status on the bike is tracked by the VIN number as long as any dealership who worked on the bike properly recorded any work done into the system.

Surprisingly, my bike didn't have all the recalls done. Needs the sidestand switch and the swingarm.

And this bike was previously owned by a Buell employee no less.
