Can the battery on the xb12r and or charging system handle having a set of liner pants and jacket plugged into them ? I'm waiting on my shop manual to arrive, so I can't look it up my self yet. I know its fine on my road king, but I don't want to try it on the buell and get stranded somewhere. |

Yes, i have a Widder heated waistcoat, gloves and trousers, and my xb9s handles them with no problems. I am not sure about pants though. |

My 9R does fine with widder gloves and a jacket liner. |

i ride an XB12, most of the time i use heated grips, heated vest, and normally run both headlites on , and a pair of 55 watt PIAA auxiliary lamps. always have sufficient electicity, no problems. i am pretty sure the XB has over half a kilowatt of dc available. |
