Have an 09 1125r with clutch issues, among other things. Turns this port was never completely drilled through to the cylinder. Does anyone know the diameter of opening so I can finish it?

It's just full of hard deposits. Use a welder tip cleaner to knock the stuff out or sometimes a jewelers drill if the deposits are too hard. The size isn't that specific, so start small. it's only meant to equalize the fluid pressure when the system is in neutral. |

Couldn't get anything out so I went ahead and drilled it with a 1/16 bit. Definitely wasn't a hole there before so not sure how the previous owner rode this thing. Clutch is now working great. |
