No wonder HD is in this situation!! According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, the acting CEO can earn a $3 million bonus on top of the base salary of $2.5 million!! To top that off, the departing CEO will receive a severance of over $2 million. Close to $8 million for poor sales performance???
I believe Erik Buell is the only person qualified to bring HD into this century.
