Actually I'm not Sure, its an 18 pole unit part #Y0442.14A2, looks like it may be for an '08 1125r but I don't have an '08 parts book. I have an '09Cr with the original charging system, my book shows a 12 pole stator part #Y0442.2AM Also it has a deutsch four pin connector. I believe the 1190's had the same charging system as the '09 &'10 1125's but with a different connector. I Have to do a little more checking to be certain. I'm Hoping I can just get an '08 rotor and avoid the stator problems of the newer bikes. Either way the price was right so I took a chance, if I cant use it someone else will someday. |

Good question. I won't know for sure until I have time to try it. From the pics I've found on line it looks like the 1190's used 18 pole stators as well as the '08 1125's. The 1125's have a deutsch connector and the 1190's have something different, possibly a Delphi. weather the two are interchangeable or not is anyone's guess, depends on the bolt pattern and rotor dimensions. |
