What are the torx sizes on XB? I think the T25 is too small for air cover and chin fairing. How about the belt guard? The T20 is too big and T15 to small? What is it?

T27 is the most common size you need.

T27 for most of it... The rear pulley is T45 and the rear rotor is T40. My guess is that the front rotor is T40 as well.

I think that tool was for removal of body work, seat bolts (XBR). Might not hold up to torquing pulleys or rotors?? Assuming those are T-27

I can't recall for sure, but I think the Belt Guard screws are Hex head screws and NOT Torx.
I would have to take a look to be sure.

firebolt, I know what a "screw" is and would have expected that answer, but I don't think you could make up something pervertedly cheezy about a "scew" !!

I was just making fun of the mis-spelling in the title heading !!

It's a big butt, shorts or no shorts.
I'm surprised nobody mentioned back flab and the white legs need a serious tanning.

Lessons for the day:
Lesson 1. Make sure to check the hole before you stick your Torx in it.
Lesson 2. Never try to fit a Torx tool in a Hex hole.

Mike.

CJ,

scew is when something is not straight....ya know...skewed

Seriously though I think it is some sort of code or wrapper or something like that for XML code used on the Internet quite a bit these days...I remember reading something about that.
