Found a possible buy to get rid of the Megs system on the cyclone. Header has a 2.5 out which "should" mate to the v&h that came off the s1w. Question is, will it fit? Please and thank you  | ||

Short answer yes it will fit. Plug the O2 sensor with a plug or I have often thought of running a wide band sensor and wiring it up to be able to tune the carb perfectly. | ||

More advice please? when using a bung plug, would you use any sort of hi temp stuff on the threads? Ill weld it as a last resort. I also imagine theres a torque value on the bung. Same as the sensor perhaps? (Message edited by Mike lee on October 18, 2019) | ||

On the bung I put a dab of the same copper high temp stuff I use in the joint of the exhaust pipe and the muffler. | ||

Ended up welding plug on. Going in for ceramic coating on the 10th. On a side note, son lost title to bike so when we applied for a duplicate, penndot told us the bike cannot be registered as its not in his name. Funny, as hes had it registered, insured and on the road for a cpl yrs. called penndot back and got shit straightened out. Title was in the mail. Title arrives but, this is the title for my x1 i sold my son, which he traded for a car Current x1 owner registered and insured bike and has been riding it all summer. So the x1 title is somehow now back in my sons name.  |
