What's the verdict on these? Do they hold up better than the Journey cases that the early Ulysses models used? https://www.hepco-shop.de/en/produkte/gepaeck/side boxes-topcases/kunststoffkoffer/junior |

I've had the full set on my 2009 XB12XP for over 21K miles with no issues. Groceries, beer, clothes, jackets it all gets crammed in there with no issues. Be aware the brackets between the larger volume Journey side bags and these Junior bags are different. I would think finding the correct side brackets most difficult. The top brackets are identical and my Journey top box will hold two full face helmets. Hope this helps. |

Yes, it does. They would actually be going on a Triumph 1050 Sprint ST. The Triumph bags for that model are just great except they weigh a ton and have enough room for a rain suit and a Twinkie (if you eat the Twinkie first). Other than that, they're perfect! |

I have had a set on my 2009 X, they’ve held up well and don’t leak. The only issue is the capacity is a bit limited. I’ve got the Junior racks and the larger bags (barrel bombs) fit just fine. If I’m off for a longer trip I’ll swap the JR’s for the barrel bombs, other than that the JR’s live on the bike. |
