Anyone know how many watts that Euro plug between the headlights puts out? I’m considering tapping it for some LED spots. |

That's not how electricity works. That euro plug will put out as many watts as the system has, the fuse will be the limiting factor, or the wire could become a fusible link if it is undersized... I believe that bulb is rated for 10 watts, so to be safe and avoid overloading the circuit I wouldn't power any LEDs off that wire that draw more than a couple amps...this all depends on if the other bulbs on that circuit are stock, of course. Back in the day many were using the wire going to the euro light to make "both lights on" during hi beam operation. So if the wire can handle the low beam current it should be able to handle LED's. The only problem with doing the "both lights on" this way was that the low beam stays on during starter use since it's now on a different fuse. |

The LEDs I have are rated to draw .9a each. Sounds like I should be good. |
