What year Cyclone rear brake pedals are compatible with a 2000 Cyclone? Are they all the same? Thanks

All M2/S3 brake pedals should fit the same. The only difference between those and the S1/X1 brake lever is the angle at the pivot, which is there because the lower footpeg position means the pivot is further from the MC piston.
