And, you know, I think maybe we should make some bumper stickers. Make some buttons, you know — maybe we should go out on Pennsylvania Avenue like these folks who chant CNN sucks and fake news, maybe we should go out, all journalists should go out on Pennsylvania Avenue and chant we’re not the enemy of the people because I’m tired of this. Honestly, Brooke, I’m tired of this. It is not right. It is not fair.
Ze Acosta's tampon was leaking, with the way he pleaded for Ms. Sanders to say what he wanted her to say. Sanders did not bite. Instead, she blasted him. Bravo.

New York Times Hires Jaw-Dropping Vulgar Racist as Editor CTH - Aug. 2, 2018
When I first saw this late last night, the severity of the vulgar racism expressed within the details made me pause… it couldn’t possibly be real. Alas, it is real.
Stunningly, it is real.
Sarah Jeong is a writer of some sort who was hired by the New York Times to become an editor for their publication. However, apparently someone on Twitter had encountered Ms. Jeong’s expressed ideology, and shared the content of the new editor’s twitter feed.
To say Ms. Jeong is a severe racist would be an understatement. The level of racial anger, racial bitterness, race-based vulgarity, and expressed racial hatred is so over-the-top it seems the New York Times must be intent on creating some form of publicity from their decision to hire.
There is no-way a business could/would ever ACCIDENTALLY hire a person who has expressed such vitriolic hatred when their role and responsibility within the organization would be to promote the editorial perspective of the New York Times. Meaning the New York Times supports and condones this type of overt racism.
A small sample of Ms. Sarah Joeng’s racial perspective is below.
Obviously, many people took exception to this level of racial vulgarity and expressed anger and violent language.
Double standards are at least being consistently inconsistent across the blurred lines of identity. Oh wait, we’re all not human souls? Are colors of importance? The press is fighting to make it so. Is the press not clawing backwards and undoing all the progress it fought for during the civil rights movement?
I have to laugh at the people that are upset about Ms. Jeong being hired by the NYT. If the KKK had a news letter and they hired a known white power preaching editor, would the same people get their panties in an uproar? An editor is hired to represent.
Sounds like she's a perfect fit for NYT. Hope they all go down with the ship.
As for Acosta...like all the rest, he seems to forget that if you don't SHOW someone common courtesy and respect...they don't owe YOU any courtesy or respect. Your ass does not deserve to be kissed simply because you wish it so.
I have to laugh at the people that are upset about Ms. Jeong being hired by the NYT.
I, for one, am not upset.
On the contrary, I take some measure of pleasure calling out, yet again, the Fake News (of which the NYT, WaPo, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, etc., etc. certainly are) for being enemies of the American people.
MAGAnomics: Jobs, Jobs, Jobs July Report – Private Employment +170,000, Government Employment -13,000, Net: +157,000 CTH - Aug 3, 2018
The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released the July 2018 employment report today (full pdf with tables below) highlighting continued growth in jobs.
Overall, private employment gained 170,000 jobs, while government employment decreased 13,000 jobs, for a net gain of 156,000 new jobs. The BLS unemployment rate dropped to 3.9%.
From the report:

The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for May was revised up to +268,000, and the change for June was revised up to +248,000. With these revisions, employment gains in May and June combined were 59,000 more than previously reported.
Jobs Report Here's what you won't hear about today's jobs report. Strong inflows into labor market and job gains for Blacks, Hispanics, Women and those with only HS education. Same Economic Tide Lifting all Ships. I call that #winning
The U.S. economy created 157,000 jobs in July and the unemployment rate fell to 3.9%. While the consensus forecast was calling for 190,000 jobs to be added to the payrolls last month, the unemployment rate matched its consensus forecast.
However, Labor Department (DOL) via the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) said upward revisions to the change in nonfarm payrolls for the previous two months resulted in a combined additional 59,000 jobs than initially reported.
“While the July non farm payroll gains were a bit shy of expectations, combined upward revisions for May and June are very encouraging,” said Tim Anderson, an analyst at TJM Investments. “Revisions always give us a good look at which direction data is trending.”
The unemployment rate among Hispanics fell to a new all-time low of just 4.5%, beating out the previous low of 4.6% measured in May 2018, though among African Americans it ticked up to 6.6% [from 6.5%] after also hitting an all-time low. Until May, the 3.9% unemployment rate was the lowest since December 2000.
The U-6 alternative unemployment rate fell to 7.5%, down from the previous low of 7.8% also measured in May. That’s the lowest U-6 rate since May 2001, and a clear indication the U.S. economy has reverted back to a full-time economy, rather than a part-time.
NASA Assigns Crews to First Test Flights, Missions on Commercial Spacecraft Aug. 3, 2018 RELEASE 18-067
NASA introduced to the world on Friday the first U.S. astronauts who will fly on American-made, commercial spacecraft to and from the International Space Station – an endeavor that will return astronaut launches to U.S. soil for the first time since the space shuttle’s retirement in 2011.
“Today, our country’s dreams of greater achievements in space are within our grasp,” said NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine. “This accomplished group of American astronauts, flying on new spacecraft developed by our commercial partners Boeing and SpaceX, will launch a new era of human spaceflight. Today’s announcement advances our great American vision and strengthens the nation’s leadership in space.”
The agency assigned nine astronauts to crew the first test flight and mission of both Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner and SpaceX’s Crew Dragon. NASA has worked closely with the companies throughout design, development and testing to ensure the systems meet NASA’s safety and performance requirements.
“The men and women we assign to these first flights are at the forefront of this exciting new time for human spaceflight,” said Mark Geyer, director of NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston. “It will be thrilling to see our astronauts lift off from American soil, and we can’t wait to see them aboard the International Space Station.”
July is just the ninth month since 1970 that unemployment has fallen below 4%. Our economy has added 3.7 million jobs since I won the Election. 4.1% GDP. More than 4 million people have received a pay raise due to tax reform. $400 Billion brought back from “overseas.” @FoxNews
-- President Donald J. Trump, 6:10 PM - 3 Aug 2018
NASA, which is making a BIG comeback under the Trump Administration, has just named 9 astronauts for Boeing and Spacex space flights. We have the greatest facilities in the world and we are now letting the private sector pay to use them. Exciting things happening. Space Force!
