2000 I think all of them got the lighter crank and revised second gear ratio. |

1995 and 1996 S2 models had the same flywheel weight as Sportsters of the same era - 25.5 lbs 1996-98 S1 and 1997-98 S3/M2 flywheels were 21.25 lbs 1999 first half of 2000 used even lighter flywheels ("Low inertia") By November of 2000 flywheels returned to 21.25 lbs, which were used until the end of tube frame production. |

That's funny. The flywheels went down and then up a little again? I thought they just went down and stayed down til 2002. |
