Just last week I spoke to some young kids asking what the "social sciences" have to do with engineering and why such things were required courses. Exactly. Education needs to be about knowledge again. The ideological collectivist crap needs to hit the dust bin of history where known bad ideas are put to rest. | ||

I took some speech, journalism and French classes to meet the requirement. The news editing class was an easy A, since I had that job on the student newspaper. | ||

And another thing, when the MSM covers the tax bill, they trumpet about no more local tax deductions, but never mention that the personal exemption will almost triple. Also, no opposing thoughts on why should citizens in low tax areas subsidize the coastal elites? Maybe they could rein in their wasteful spending that drives taxes up? | ||

( all the land in that area was ruled by Kings ( propped up by France and England ) & the "Palestinians" were simply Jordanian or Syrian. ... and before WW1, Ottoman. 500 years ago they were Roman. ) Arafat went home from Camp David and declared war. Gave it a fancy arab name but war is war. Even when Israel stole the land from Israeli citizens and gave it to the PLA in Gaza, the green houses and infrastructure built by Israelis was destroyed. Gaza is a welfare state that produces nothing but hate and exports murderers and randomly fired missiles. Ruled for years by a cowardly Hamas terrorist organization that hides behind children and uses ambulances for Armored Personnel Carriers. The only hope for peace for Palestinians is to hang their leaders, unprogram their youth ( improbable ) and demand citizenship in their surrounding nations. Since Syria etc. Hate the Palestinians, good luck. ( with reason. They are considered useless welfare scum by the Kings and Dictators that use them to steal aid money from Europe and America ) Simply, the people's only hope is to become Israelis. So...CNN can't find any truth to report, so they'll attack the network that does report actual unbiased truth? How DARE they beat them in the ratings game? AND, they're not against the President?? Funny, I was just reading a "news" story from CNN about some of the sexual harassment suites that have been settled by Fox News. I really didn't know much of any of the facts, but watched the entire interview by Brian Stelter with an accuser who is now breaking her confidentiality agreement. By the end of the interview, I was under the impression that it was Roger Ailes that she had accused. Not being familiar with this Fox contributor, I looked her up. Still didn't jog my memory, but reading what Wikipedia had on her, I found that her lawsuit involved a different Fox exec. that wasn't event mentioned in the interview. So I searched on both names and found information about the lawsuit, and found that the entire thing barely resembled what I just "learned" in the Stelter interview. I certainly don't know where the truth lies in all of this, but it doesn't seem to be related to what CNN is pushing. |
