Looking for a correct KPMI Black diamant exhaust valve for an S2. On the KPMI website it lists Evo 84-99, Evo Sportster 1200 88-03. Which is correct?

"Evo" is a 1340 big twin, predecessor to the twincam.

Evo big twin exhaust valve is 1.575" diameter. S2 exhaust valve is only 1.480" diameter.

You need valves for a 1987-2003 XL 1200. S2s have the same heads as 1200 sportsters of that era.

The OEM Valve number is 18024-87A. I like the Kibblewhite valves, we've had good luck with them over the last 20 years. The part number from TR is 49-9323 at the retail of $31.89.

I ordered the kibblewhite part #20-2014 on eBay for $24.95. That pn shows on the kibblewhite site for the Evo Sportster 1200cc 88-03. The only "XL" listed was the 1100. The term Evo, Evolution, and XL get thrown around interchangeably a lot. So it had me confused.
