as you can see I have worked hard trying to rebuild and clean this sucker up. Right now I need a fee replacement parts and a few tools the service manual recommends me to get. I am not sure where I can find these tools. I'm doing pretty good looking for parts and what not, But what I can't find is where to buy these tools or if I can just buy other tools the service manual doesn't say to use that will make a good alternate choice and where to find those too? The picture below shows all the tools the manual provided that I need. I can't find them online? Any stores I can goto to get these? This is my second rebuild and I just need help bad.

Maybe you have to google only the part number only, to throw a wider net to get a set of websites which may show tool is obsolete but has been replaced by other tools or else see how 1000 people on various websites have done to work around the problem. A quick google search turned up these:

connecting rod clamping tool hd 95952-33
http://www.jpcycles.com/harley-specialty-tools/v-t win-manufacturing

piston pin busing tool hd 95970-32
https://www.amazon.com/V-Twin-16-0181-Sifton-Pisto n-Bushing/dp/B00UME9N6Q

bushing and bearing puller HD 95760-69a

Most of the tools you have listed is worth buying, you don't need them. Most of the time your normal tools in you tool box will do the same job.

We can get of have in stock most of the part you'll need to do the job. We have some of the OEM parts listed on our site but many that aren't listed yet.

Feel free to contact us if you have any question.
