Author Message   Crazy04 Posted on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 - 03:59 pm:        Hello I am ordering the FAST system for the xb12R has anyone had problems with there check engine light coming on and if so what do you do? I was told to buy the buell race ecm, will the ecm work on the XB12R. I also will get the force pipe when it comes out and I want everything to work together. List price is 209.95 Badweb price is 188.96 I "think" the Force setup uses the stock ECM and an add on box. Does the FAST system do away with the exhaust valve motor/cable that normally sits on top of the airbox? If it does, that's why the engine light will come on. The race ECM will do away with that since it isn't made for the stock muffler/valve. Not loud enough for me but that's just me. I LIKE LOUD! For the money it's hard to beat the Buell race kit and it won't break! They said it is built and the TQ #'s are great but the HP is falling off up top, so they are still testing it and to give them a call later. So I will continue to call every week.
