Can anyone tell me if there is a way to check the transmission fluid level on my buell blast? The shifting is rough and a bit clunky sounding and when I put it in neutral it is making some noise.

Owner's manual shows how to check oil level in primary/transmission.

Clunky shifting and noise are more likely to be due to loose primary chain. Just don't over-tighten! Find the tightest spot as you index around the full travel of the sprockets. Set tension there as per manual.
