Been a Buell rider for 16 years, love these bikes. I have a 2000 and a 2002 M2 plus a retired bike for spares. I figure I have a lifetime supply. I also have a sportster with sidecar as my dog can't stay on the Buell. I do my own maintenance and repairs, one of the reasons I like these bikes, easy to work on. If I can offer any advice [ although you all seem to have it all under control] let me know. |

What took so long is I am computer illiterate, will post pictures as soon as I can figure out how to do so. Maybe I'll ask the grandkids for help. Just got back from 50+ mile ride around the hills, first day of no rain in a week. Very sloppy and scary roads, still fun. |

Greetings all from soggy England. Ex-pat American here with a 97 S3T (owned from new bought at Lombardi's HD Staten Island) that I brought with me to UK in 2006. Nice to see tube frame Buell's getting love and respect! Thanks to all for your hard work and information. |

Welcome I dig that windshield on the yellow M2! Side car rig is pretty cool too! I wonder if maybe that's how I should deal with the S1/M1 bike I can't sell, maybe my dog would enjoy riding in a side car, hmmm.... |

We were just discussing dogs in sidecars here a few weeks ago. I'll try to find the thread. I posted a link to a show about it. |

I'm sure my dogs would enjoy a ride in a side car. The other day I was driving down the road and saw someone on a bagger, with his dog sitting upright on the rear seat, with his paws on the guys shoulders. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. I'm sure he thought it was cute, but anyone with the tiniest bit of common sense knows that's 3 steps stupider than the people who leave their dogs loose in the bed of their truck. |

Pismo the basset loves his sidecar. When in it he does wear a harness which is attached to the sidecar. I think sidecars are made for dogs. I looked for one for about a year, found this liberty brand was just the right size and easy for my dog to get in and out of. The first test ride before buying was terrifying, the guy lived in the mountains on a very narrow steep road. I came back said that was the scariest thing I have ever driven I'll take it. Had to drive 100 miles home. All back roads afraid to go on the freeways. It is not a motorcycle or a car just very different. The dog and I take it 8 miles to the dog park every morning. It is a lot of fun. |

I can imagine it is difficult riding with a side car for the first! As kids we had a bmx with a weld-on side car. Seen a lot of people that thought they could ride it too go straight into the ditch! You have quite a nice collection there! |
