Been looking to swap out the headlights on my CityX. I've always liked the big headlight look. So I spent a bit of saturday measuring one of the X1 Lightnings down at the Harley shop. I figure that I'll have to do a bit of cutting on the black surround on the instrument housing and cut a semicircle in the bottom of the flyscreen ala the X1 but I'm pretty sure I can make it work. Can the more reasonable members of the forum tell me why this won't work? It's the bike telling me to do this, mind. Thanks, Bob |

Seems like I saw one last summer. It was red, and may have had the X1 subframe as well. It's in the picture section somewhere. You could do it, wouldn't be that challenging. I think if it were me I'd get the X1 flyscreen instead of cutting the original. |

i would have gotten a lighting if it would have kept the big head light like that i like that it looks good |
