For sale is my 2008 1125r. I bought this bike new in December 2008, and I have put just under 12,000 miles on it. Always stored indoors. The bike has an EBR ECM for HMF exhaust, K&N, and HMF. New battery last fall. The bike has some small scuffs on the the left pod from a parking lot tip-over, but my leg and my pride took most of the fall. These scuffs are very minor and not really noticeable, but I want to show full disclosure. It has 2000 miles on pilot power tires. The bike runs and looks fantastic, and needs nothing, except the 12,000 mile service. I was young and skinny when I bought the bike and neither of those things are true anymore. I really hate to let this bike go, but it just isnt a fit for me anymore. Price is OBO for quick sale, but I am also open to trades on Uly/12S/CR/X1 and other bikes with a more upright seating position. Feel free to call or text. I have the original muffler, still in great shape, as well as the original bill of sale, owners manual, dealer brochure, and a couple other things, just in case this bike becomes a collectors item. Ive had a couple tire kickers, but no cash show up yet. I have my eye on the replacement for this, so shoot me an offer! |

Free? How about a price update to free? Seriously, cant give this bike away. Ive had a Trade in offer of 2500, and two cash offers of the same amount. I guess I will keep it! Time to learn how to do the valve adjustment and go on a diet..... Off the market. |

I'm in the same boat. Looks like I'll be keeping mine as well...but I'm honestly not too upset about that fact. |

I think a big part of me not riding it as much was knowing that big service was coming up. Now that I have come to terms with doing it myself, I really feel a lot better about the whole bike. Im going to give it a good going over with the service, new tires, new brakes, buff the plastics, make it like new again and ride the hell out of it. |
