I installed a new set of Renthal handlebars. The throttle housing rotates when some force is applied. Is there a way to get it to fit more snug? (Message edited by gregoxb on September 10, 2016) |

Use a little bit of isolation tape on the clamping area! |

I did the same with the lsl handle bar ,one or two rounds with some thin electric isolation tape. And when the housing is mounted it is not or almost not visible ,you can cut the visible piece away with a razor or stanley knife. |

I used "servo mounting tape." http://www.hobbylinc.com/rc-airplane-servo-tape |

You could also shave a bit of the clamping surface with a flat file. Probably less than 1mm |

I cant remember but isn't there a "pin" in the housing and you have to drill a hole in the bar for it to fit into? |

The pin and hole is for the switches. I don't think anything on the twistgrip other than friction. |
