Any particular tips or differences to consider that I may be missing? I have an 09 XT motor and ECM that I'm going to put in my 06 Ulything. The plan is to order a '10 SS harness (I believe the '10 Lightnings have front O2 sensors, correct?), flash the ECM to '10 spec, and weld an O2 bung into my Micron front primary. I have the later TPS, CKP, injectors, etc. Will the stock thottle cables fit the later, different cable guides in the throttle body? Anything else I'm forgetting? |

All the 10's have front O2 sensors, so you're good on that. I've even seen one bike with an 09 harness with an added front O2 sensor and 10 ECM. I don't believe the 07 throttle cables will work. I changed to 09 cables when I did the swap. |

Programming on 2010 ECMs is different to deal with the different fuel pump vs previous years. |

Badwebber Coldwind built a "Frankenstein" XB12S that includes the added O2 sensor I mentioned above. Confirming what Froggy said, the check engine light on his bike stayed on until he installed a 2010 fuel pump. IIRC, there's an extra wire for a pressure sensor on the 2010 pump. |

Swell! Tbe part list growing even more lol. Do you know if the fuel pump itself is the same? My goal is to eventually build it into a 90", so I'd like to make sure I know which high pressure regulator to get when I do. |
