Anyone here have any experience with the OPT7 led H7 bulbs? I was going to buy the Cyclops bulb and then saw these new bulbs on Amazon. |

There is a previous post on this subject so you may find more info if you can find the post. I've got the cyclops high and low on a ktm 1190 and its close to perfect. The hard part is getting the depth of the bulb within the housing at just the right spot for a good focus. On the ktm it is right. I fear doing this on the uly until someone else has got it right. I currently have hid low and high on the uly and low is great. The problem with high hid is the 5 minute cool after cycle. Led high would solve this. |

I switched over to avd monsters out FL. I am happy with them, and use the dust shield if you want to cut a hole to put the bulb through. Hope this helps you. Also did the switch mod. It's really nice. Dave |

Thanks. Think I'll go with the ADV lights. I already have their 4 led driving lights mounted on the Uly and I'm very happy with them. Tried their H4 bulbs on a couple of other bikes. The ones with the cooling straps work great in a round 7", I think, headlight. The one with the built in cooling fan is in a Sportster headlight and doesn't work well at all. |

Has anyone tried any of these? http://www.piaa.com/motorcycle-led-lights.aspx I'm wanting to try a set on my Ulysses. |

PIAA has always been top of the class for optics, so I'm sure they have a great beam spread. And, I love the 2500K for fogs - they're in my Jeep, my Ram, and on my Uly (not LED's, just that color temp). The only thing that concerns me is, they don't list a lumen output...but a total of 9.3W consumption sounds very nice for the 1125CR... |

These are pretty bright, fairly focused beam though. They have other options for a wider flood style spread. Color is extreme white, bordering on light blue almost. I've not ridden in complete darkness this spring/summer but they light up the road and signs very well at 5:15 AM. http://stores.advmonster.com/model-30-led-off-road -spot-light/ |
