When I spoke to Amy today she said she was going to go to the hospital, have dinner with Pete and then stop by the Tex. That is the only reason I said anything about her being there tonight.

hey everyone. I am still in the bed, so it is hard to see the key board... but, I wanted to say hello and thanks for all the effort y'all are puttin' forth to raise money. The bill from the ER/OR in TN is $97k. The Ti plate they used to hold my back together was over $10k!! I miss being a part of everything. I am about ready to see some folks... but, not a bunch at once and not for too long. I stay tired and in pain. If you want to come by, please call my cell first. I have to do therapy x-rays ultra-sounds and all sorts of crap and I need to be ready. I'll post again soon. : )

I've already been fitted with one. It sucks. I now use a broken down Jewitt brace, held together with hoes clamps that threaten to slice me up every time they put it on me.

We have gotten quite a few donations for the Auction next week. We probably won't be able to cover the 97k or even come close to putting a dent in it but we can at least help Amy keep the house warm and get Michael his frequent blood tests.

These are some of the things I have gotten so far and there are plenty of other people working on getting donations as well-
TWO- one nights stay and breakfast
Monkeyman Tattoo- $100 Tattoo
SBW Concepts- Tank bags
Millennium Cycle Works- TBD John is going to call his reps and see if any of them can or will donate some products on top of what his shop does.
Main Auto Parts- Ratchet straps tie downs and other stuff
A couple guys from SMHD are going to donate themselves for a date

The Gov. is going to try to get Spa Sydell to donate a couple massages since he works with them quite often.
