working on my next upgrade to my bike.... Since swapping to the XB triple tree, you loose steering radius on the tubers, so I have design new triples to place XB forks in the stock tuber location. just looking for feedback on the design and if anyone has any input. one thing i forgot thats not in the design yet is a tab for mounting my side mounted steering damper

fork stops are on the list, just need to figure that out. I do not need mounting for the XB headlight design but i am thinking of making a bolt on piece that bolts on the underside to allow for it if i want to go back to XB lights, and possibly for others. When i went to my Vrod headlight i welded the holes in on the front of my XB triple and machined the welds off to give it a smooth look. going to order some material shortly and start working on these! Most likely will have them anodized. |

How are you tensioning the steering head bearings, the illustration looks like its sitting in a hole. |

Nice stuff! I'm guessing here but I'd imagine the top clamp has a recess for the bolt into the steering stem. Buells have always done them like bicycles, just crank it down to the proper torque, wiggle the front end adjust as needed and set the pinch bolt. If you're taking orders I'd be interested in just getting the bar risers. |

decided to take my current design and grow it on a 3d printer. This way I can test fit it on my bike and see what I would like to change and where to add stops, etc.
