Guys, does anyone make an aftermarket exhaust that is (relatively) quiet? And if yes, how well does it work?

I thought my Barkers with the quiet insert (he makes a couple different sizes and I had the 1" or 1.25" diameter insert) was pretty tame. The stock exhaust is going to have any of the aftermarket ones beat, though. Once you go aftermarket, you jump up a few levels.

Dxg...American Sport Bike held a "shoot out" of different exhausts...there are sound bites and decibel numbers in the test...you can view it here:

the files are "Zipped" you'll need to know how to use that utility to hear the difference...

Dean Adams also makes a "mod" to the stock exhaust...an old (long) post, but you can contact Dean to see if he still offers it...( scroll down for pix)

Dean's reworked stock exhaust is your best bet if noise is a concern.
