Store appears to be fully functional too, I was able to log in with my old credentials. Now I wonder what would happen if I actually placed an order |

Needs to be updated. But it looks like at least the "lights are on" at EBR. |

I seem to recall a few guys who had placed some orders shortly before the site went offline. I wonder if they will get their parts now. |

Wonder if they even know the website is up. Could be someone was turning on the lights and some random computer just turned on. |

>>>Wonder if they even know the website is up. That was my concern. I'd have brought just the home page back up rather than have so much outdated, inaccurate and false information relating to product, dealers and so forth. But . . it had been shut down due to non-payment and I suspect as soon as someone got paid, by the Receiver, they simply released the hold and whatever was there was again visible. Outdated and inaccurate information was one of the complaints, over the past several years, with regard to the website. Hopefully some resources will be pointed that way. |

^ Court, didn't you say the site was managed by someone independent of EBR? Perhaps another bill has to be paid before they can actually make any changes to the content. A statement at the bottom of the main page similar to what Bruce posted on Facebook after he purchased EBR would be a very good interim step in bringing the site back up to date. |

Court, you're treading on assumption ground by saying that the site was shutdown due to non payment. The website was shut down the moment that employees were notified in April that the company was closing, which was likely mandated by the receiver. This is typically done to minimize liabilities in this type of scenario. The website was not managed by a third party somewhere offsite. (Message edited by snacktoast on September 09, 2015) |

Probably to stop people from ordering stuff that isn't available yet |

I almost bought a sticker just to see what would happened, but figured there are enough headaches already for any elves coming out of deep hibernation... |

^ One guy on ebrforum.com said he was able to place an order just before it went back off-line, but he never received a confirmation e-mail. I wonder if any of those people that ordered parts immediately before closure but never received them got anything out of the receivership? |
