If you bring cash I'd do $4000... I also have an XT shock with 6,000 miles on it that I can put on it to lower the rear. I need one of the two shocks to send back to Jesse with some beer money, but doesn't matter which. You would need handlebar risers to lower the front forks, though I have seen some people only change the rear shock without adverse handling issues.
