I'm hoping to have a carbon fiber fender for the M2 rebuild. I've never actually seen one in the flesh. Is it gel coated, clear coated? Is it shiny or dull? Honestly, I don't know what to expect or how to care for it. Oh wise ones, advice? |

The front one I had on the S1 was cleared and glossy very sharp looking. I had an original rear that I believe is now in courts collection. My personal opinion is if its carbon let it shine. |

They are shiny when new, but I think they do require more upkeep to protect the finish and to keep it shiny. Just have to keep after the wax or whatever is recommended, I don't have any currently installed on any of my bikes. |
