So what are my choices to run a 61 tooth pulley on an XB wheel? Had my very expierienced welder trying to fill the holes on stock pulley sonI can re drill to fit but the pulley cracked |

Have Marc make you one. Or Rizoma I think makes or made one. No cheap options. Better option is to use the 65t pulley with the XB12 primary gearing to keep the overall ratio closer to stock (4% lower than stock). |

Cant use the stock Xb pulley as Inhave an Xb swingarm also which then I would need a 142 tooth belt which as far as I have found is not obtainable. So I need a 61 hoping Marc will help but its asking alot. |

funny.. im sitting here tonight sitting on my couch redesigning my XB 61 T pulley for easier machining... the one I made was a PITA that sucks that the pulley cracked on it |

I'm guessing he just rewrote the program to make machining it take less steps. |

exactly, the one i originally made for my bike had a couple complex radius that made machining a pain- |
