In the diagram in the link, I'm looking for the part number for part labeled 45. Diagram is labeled 2001, and I'm guessing it's an XB??? Hoping one of you has the book and can look it up for me, thanks. http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikelen/WM /5F913C78-D3EC-4D93-BFD0-A6FD85C5B4E2.jpg (Message edited by johnod on January 17, 2015) |

That looks like a M2 or S3 late model shifter. I have the part number for the X1 but that runs a chin fairing and a different bushing. You aren't running a chin fairing, are you? |

You can not by those parts seperatly. The shifter comes as a complete kit and are no longer available. i would sugest having one made |

You can not by those parts seperatly. Why not? It was an OE part on later M2's and S3's. Unless H-D has completely pulled the plug on OE parts, it should be feasible. The shifter comes as a complete kit and are no longer available. All accessory kits were dropped by H-D, that is fact. But the individual parts that made up those kits, IF they were OE parts, should still be available. The frame pucks for the XB's is a perfect example of this - the kits been dropped, but last I heard you could still get the individual pucks. i would sugest having one made if the part is truly no longer available through HD. There I fixed it for you. Unfortunately I don't have a late enough tuber parts book to find out the part number though... 1313 |

The part number for the shifter bushing is N0614.01A3 A dealer can help by using Parts Locator, which shows they may be available at Vintage Parts and (although dealer inventory may not match what Parts Locator shows) there are supposedly four dealers that have one in inventory. |
