New spark plugs, air filter, mod to stock exhaust and throttle mod turn this 1125r into a beast. I may just keep it now. |

Did you have a custom throttle made, or do it yourself, or what? |

Thanks to Nobuell, I contacted Gary at G2 Ergonomics. I purchased their throttle kit with two cams. One fits like Nobuell stated in thread "DIY Buell 1125 Throttle Quick Turn Modification" and the other will fit with careful trimming of the stock housing. Highly recommended. |

Rocket, I made it myself, following what others had done. I added a zip tie to the cam to add thickness to the cam. I then added a second piece just on the opening side of the cam to open the throttle faster. I used supper glue and a soldering gun to melt it together. If you goggle Ziptie throttle mods it helps. |
