"But, but, but...it was the last production year...a classic...collectible. It's worth twice the original sale price, easily. Besides, I've kept it covered under a shed roof its entire life." Honestly, for $10k to start, I'd at least expect better pictures. |

let the market decide...... you never know until you try isn't a 2010 model superior to earlier years in terms of updates, etc? |

For the 1125s, not really. The 2010 has a different rear wheel with beefier bearings and a 3rd set. The 2010 also has a sight glass to make checking oil easier, but you likely can't see it behind the fairing kit that was installed on this one. There are some other really minor things, but nothing worth $6k over the price of most 09s. |

...don't forget the different pod and fairing stickers...and the switch back to incandescent rear turn signals... |

Given the short model year, 2010s could be considered "rare" - but rare does not always equal desirable. If someone wanted to store it properly for, oh, 20 years or so - it MIGHT appreciate - then again a 20 year old S2 currently sells for about 25% of the original sticker price. As was said before, let the market decide. |
