Author Message   Spuh Posted on Sunday, July 20, 2014 - 01:57 am:        OK so I followed your collective advice and replaced Uly's belt. Except I'm not done; I can't get the new belt on the sprocket. The new belt is 3 3/4" shorter in circumference, about 1 1/2" smaller diameter. The idler pulley is off and suspension is fully extended; still I can only turn the wheel less than 1/4 turn before the belt's too tight. What am I doing wrong?
