Hello,
I,ve got both of them, com RS232 and new Deutsch "female" complete connector. Can I simply connect both, (same as TTL USB?) to make ECMspy connection cable? Will it work? Or should I add some extra circuit between them?

The best solution for the cable is to get a USB-to-Serial cable, and wire that to the Deutsch connector - they make USB cables that convert the serial signal to USB, and they're easy to make.
