XBs & 1125s have separate hi & lo beam lamps which I believe take the same bulbs, right? I also did his conversion of the low beam to HID. IT looks a little to blue for me when looking at the bike but when riding it (from a riders perspective) it looks SO much better then a regular bulb. Go for it.
