"Am I a "Professional"? by no means but at least I'm willing to learn and get my hands dirty which is more than I can say about most people" Amateurs built the Ark. Professionals built the Titanic. |

I'm reminded of a song from my childhood. "Any time there's work to be done, and you think there's too much to do for one, do yourself a favor...do it yourself." This principle has guided me my entire life. It's particularly helpful when working on my motorcycles. I've hired work out on a couple of occasions, and I was always disappointed in the result and the amount of money I had to spend to achieve it. Somewhere on this board is my rant about a $500 diagnostic fee for a bad speedo sensor. I won't bore you with the details again. |

I guess what I'm saying is, no one cares about your bike more than you do. If you want it done right, and you have the skills, or the ability to learn new skills, do it yourself. |
