i know these engines are noisy and you can hear the cam chains as far most. but it sounds like i have ting in the front cylinder, just finished with a top end rebuild and i do have the valve lash set on MAX to allow good sitting. im sure i already know the answer but just wanted everyone 2 cent, i think a valve got a little too loose. and debating on tearing it apart again. and has anyone experience this where the muffler wouldn't line you to my headers had to squeeze both headers to insert the muffler | ||

Yes on my 09CR and Eds 08R I had to squeeze them together for the stock mffler not so much on my 08R but that one has a keda rt3  |
