wondering if this is a real good deal ($232./pair) or not? I can put them on an XT, right? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Continental-Trail-Attack-M otorcycle-Tires-Buell-Ulysses-120-70-17-180-55-17- PAIR/380809477133?_trksid=p2045573.m2042&_trkparms =aid%3D111000%26algo%3DREC.CURRENT%26ao%3D1%26asc% 3D27%26meid%3D4367314440675184629%26pid%3D100033%2 6prg%3D1011%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D111264190257 %26 |

Hey now.. that's actually a good looking tread pattern! conti's have never been on MY radar, but after a good look now I think they might work well. I see their a single compound so a fella' might not get the wear one would hope for.. but still at 230 to your door me thinks they'd be worth a try! Hopefully someone will chime in with their experience on them.. |

There's some talk on ADV Rider and elsewhere about the Trail Attacks sometimes suffering a wobble -- but I think those anecdotes are mostly from V-Strom and GS riders with the 19" front. Otherwise, they seem like a very nice 90/10 tire. As long as the tires aren't more than a few years old, I'd certainly give them a whirl at that price. |

Man that's a hard price to beat. From the description I'd go along with Thumper, probably going to wear kinda fast, but still at that price. Looks like a reputable dealer, maybe if you question them they can tell you the date of manufacture. Could just be clearing out 2013 stock. |

here's what I got from the seller, he does look reputable.. The ones I checked when they came in two weeks ago from Conti were 2011-2013. But I didn't check all 300. } |

I'd love to know how they wear if somebody gives a set a try... I'm pretty happy with my current PR2's, but they are pricey. |
