>>>court was right again! the future looks VERY exciting! It does indeed. I slipped an advance copy to a couple Badwebbers . . . but the article is great and I am the most excited I have been about Elf-Quest since 1987. Very cool. See ya at the races . . . |

>>>Thank God the Harleywood makeup department is now somewhere the &*&^ elsewhere The same folks who took Erik away from work to send him to "manners school" . . . . Harleywood's crowing moment, however, remains the Scott Russell VR-1000 tire change at Daytona. I was standing there with a couple of the Britten guys watching as it began to unfold. . . . some of the folks from Juneau were scrambling to get in the scene as the cameras rolled. . . . as it became apparent that things weren't going "great" . . . it eventually turned into a 37 minute "pit stop" that involved helmet thawing and a lot of swearing . . . I was quite pleased to have NOT been in the video. Yeah. . . the best parts of the book are the parts you may never get to see. Remind . . . ahhhh. . never mind. |
