Galfer wave rotor is cheaper than stock. I've got one, pleased with it. |

Is it because the spools are worn?? Should not move front to back more than slightly.. |

I've got the chatter disease too. Has anyone tried wave washers or cone type locking washers? |

Early rotors used wave washers from the factory. Yours may have wave washers in it now, but the wave is mashed and they're just flat washers now. Make sure it is side-to-side play causing the rattle. If you have radial play (you can "rotate" the rotor against the mounting carrier) you need to replace it because it has worn. You should not have any rotational play. |
