my bike was running rough and over heating so I did a complete tare down and replace a broken oil jet. while I had the bike down I swapped to xb9 domed pistons. The bike still has a rough idle but no longer over heating :-). I spoke with some people about the idle and bue to the increase to compression they suggested the gap may be different for the new pistons and I should run a cooler plug. Anyone have insight on this or done it themselves?

All the research I have done is the 9's and 12's have the same recommended gap and plug so not sure if this would even help.
