Ok, This might end up being a rambling blog... but I recently got the question e-mailed to me asking if I was still alive and well. I can hardly believe summer is almost over. Well, what summer you might ask? It has been so damn cold up here I thought for a few months I had moved to the North Pole. I rode the M2L to Madison from here and back again, over the 4th of July weekend and when I got back on a Monday night I had to tolerate the last three hours in 50 degree weather. I got hypothermia... was riding 80 MPH through the Bad River Reservation because the "I really don't give a ••••" fog had set in... I have 'officially' passed my probation at my new job. I have been neglecting my Buell because there have been a lot of young people up here I have met and been hanging out with (none of who have motorcycles). I also tend to 'veg' when I get home... either paint the apartment or just sit on the couch going 'duuuh' or try to keep the kitten from chewing my nose off. Anyhow, job is good. Still too much to do. Still tons of stuff to learn. Like where I live. This area is awesome... was behind a lady on a Beemer coming to work this morning, misty hills and Superior Lake looking like the Ocean near Seattle. What else, going to NC in a week for vacation. Flying this time as I have no intention of torturing myself with a three day trek down on the bike. Hope to get on the Buell and ride down to see the DOCS crowd this weekend. Not much else is new... Good to hear from you. Last night that thought had crossed my mind, as well as this morning. Haven't heard from Charlotte in a while, wonder how she's doing? Have never met you, only know you from the board, and was just curious myself. Sounds like a beautiful place to see in the summer and fall, maybe winter.  Have fun in NC. | ||

Good to hear from you. You've been away from BadWeb for too long. In case nobody has told you, the format at BadWeb has changed. You have to challenge somebody to a race and then fill up pages and pages debating the details of the race. Some people will come to your defense and others will attack you. There will be points, counter points, name calling, etc. It sounds tiresome, but give it a try. It's lots of fun!  | ||

I hadn't seen any posts by you... I was concerned you bought a rice rocket and bailed... or had been kidnapped by aliens (the kind from outer space... not the ones who sneak into the US from Canada or Mexico). You guys make me laugh!!! Thanks for that... RUMORS are brewing of firing all the white people up here... ha ha ha ha ha... I say MAKE MY DAY... I could collect unemployment and travel around the states on the Buell and actually have a riding season. I would not loose any sleep over it, either. Photos. That is a concept. I will work on that.
