The weather will soon be getting colder. Last winter I dropped the bike on its right side and the right heated grip stopped working. Can someone provide the part no. For the right side heated grip? |

Stock come in pairs only, together with the switches. Think upwards of $200 for the setup: N1050.1AK. A well-attended thread several weeks back discussed a range of other options to deal with broken units. If the malfunction is due to a break in wiring or a funky switch then check wiring and fix the existing setup. It's pretty basic and the manual has electric diagnostics to see where the problem is. Of course, this does no good if a heating element is dead - as is was in my case. |

Not true, you can order the parts individually. |

Oh great. News to me. Where can we get a left or right side OEM heated grip? |

At the Buell dealer of your choice. I don't have part numbers handy, but they can look it up. Also, all years of XB and 1125 use the same front axle. |

According to the 2008 Ulysses parts catalogue: Front Axle: G0120.02A8B Front Spacer: G0325.0A8 RH Heated Grip: N0051.5AA Install the dual element Polly Heaters. You won't regret it. That said, anyone needing a working LH heated grip, I have one for the asking. (Message edited by dtaylor on September 12, 2013) |

Desert Bird: Send me a PM with your mailing address, and I'll mail it off. It was working fine when I took it off, and the multimeter shows continuity on both elements. All it's missing is the little screws that secure it to the handle bar. I re-used them to anchor a sleeve on the bar for a regular grip. |

Free part arrived in the mail today, all the way from Canada, and just in time for the weather turning cold here. Thanks again, Dtaylor. |
