Couple questions. Will stock Sportster drive chain sprockets fit straight onto an S2? And, if memory serves, wasn't stock 530?

You will have to remove some length from the chain as the sportster swingarm is longer. You will also have to turn the center hole on the rear sprocket larger as the centering hole on the buell wheel is larger. yes 530 is stock sportster.

Phat, that information is much appreciated! What are the details with the counter shaft sprocket? Straight bolt-on?

If memory serves me, you have to have a spacer behind it. I haven't had mine apart in years.
