I just sold my M2 and bought a 2008 1125R with a little over 3000 miles on the odometer. It has baker exhaust and I put the EBR ecm on it. The day after buying the bike the iac system error started to flash and the check engine light came on. I replaced the iac sensor and added the ecm with the combination of the two the bike ran better but still just not right. Between 3000 and 5500 rpms the bike is kind of sputterey and doesnt like to just cruise at one speed. ((I am going to denoid it in the next few days but I am sure that it has to be something else because it does it in other gears besides just third)) When I turn the bike off I can hear the beep of the fuel pump turning off and on but the space between beeps can range from 10 seconds apart or 30 seconds apart, every ride it changes. I guess my question is should I just change the fuel injectors or start somewhere else? |

Unplug both O2 sensors to see if it runs fine on the base map. If it still "hunts" for that happy spot, I'd clean/change the injectors and maybe the spark plugs. The fuel pump cycling is normal, it's keeping the fuel rail pressurized to prevent vapor lock after the bike is shut off. |

Keep it above 5500 rpm. It's not a Sportser motor. |
