We loaned him our tire warmers in hopes of keeping the tire carcass up to temp between runs and trying to reduce heat cycles. But since I am here at the shop, I am not sure if that worked out. Terry |

Wow! 200 20o plus, and 256!. I am floored. I saw these guys wrenching at Jim's house, muttering about not being satisfied...I guess they might be now! Ride On! |

Spoke to Jimmy this morning, they bumped a couple records up a little higher with one up to 229, then held off after that, saving the final tune for the Cook's Meet this weekend. Greg is shooting for a 265+ on the long smooth course. They will be home Tuesday evening I think. Terry - www.jtsperformance.com |

Back to Bonneville for World Finals, last race of the year. No rain predicted, cooler temps, hope someone shows up besides me. Handing off the audio kit to other folks, either starting, finishing or being overly occupied with a project for FIM meets. If I see Buells with race numbers, photos will eventually be posted. |

Goodbye 2012 season. Time to build something for BUB and the FIM record. Too many fast Buells, I'm going to the dark side. |

Mox, Sidecar pushrod 1350cc would be what I would suggest. |

If I were going to build another bike it would be M-PG 3000 built around a 2006-up dyna with a 4.125 bore/5" stroke B2 heads and stock cases. Should make 180-190 hp. It's not a Buell, but would go fast. Jeff |

There's been quite a bit of interest in land speed racing in the British motorcycling press this year. I understand there are two, if not three, serious British record attempts coming this year and next. One has former British and WSB champ James Toesland piloting a streamliner I believe. What's happened to the BadWeB interest in LSR? Rocket in England |
